She would shower alone.

She would finish a chapter in her book, uninterrupted.

She would eat lunch without having to share.

She would paint her nails.

She would call a childless friend and not feel the need to hurry off the phone because someone was crying in the background.
Or.
She would lay on the couch and close her eyes.
But most probably,
She would turn the dryer on, do the dishes, start dinner, make her bed, clean up the toys that were on the floor, water the plants, answer an email, check facebook statuses, straighten up her bathroom, disinfect the potty, download new pictures of G, fold the laundry that comes out of the dryer, finish dinner, wash those dishes, and ...
